MCP lets an agent use tools that other systems make available. Hermes supports MCP servers. APIs are another way for programs to exchange information; sometimes an adapter or a custom integration is needed.

Search, compare sources and put research together with your own SearXNG instance or an external search service. Hermes has separate tools for web search and for reading the content of web pages.

In Hermes, SearXNG, Brave Search and DuckDuckGo support search. Tavily, Exa and Firecrawl also support page extraction. Search and extraction can use different providers, with different requirements and terms.
Keep your accounting system or choose an open alternative. Through an approved integration, Agent Herman can help with summaries, material and preparatory work.

Fortnox and Spiris have documented APIs. Bookkeeping actions and sensitive changes need permission checks and human approval. API access and external connections can bring their own requirements and costs.
Work with the content and development of the website using tools that suit the platform. WordPress, Joomla and Astro have different architectures; the route can go through an API, an MCP server, a code repository or a custom integration.

With the Chrome extension, you mark an element on the page and describe the change, so the instruction gets the right context. Publishing happens with human approval.
Find, read and organise files, work with documents and produce summaries. The connection starts from the file system you have chosen and only gives access to what you have approved.

Planned publishing flows need human approval. Authentication, API access and each platform’s terms determine what can be connected. Commercial add-ons can have their own terms.

We charge for our knowledge, our work and the services you choose. Not for access to your own installation.
The small print, at normal size: you have access to the installation and can export your information, within the framework of licences and agreements. You are responsible for continued operation, either yourself or with an operations partner.
Server operation, external AI services and some integrations can involve costs. Your own server does not mean all data stays there: external models and integrations may also process data.
